Honeycomb Egg Rolls: Crafted by Imperial Patisserie, the Honeycomb Egg Rolls have won the Monde Selection "Grand Gold Award." Unlike traditional egg rolls, the production of Honeycomb Egg Rolls requires higher technical standards. We use a traditional method of preparation, an exclusive batter whipping and baking technique, and over 50 iterations of formula adjustments, insisting on no artificial colors or chemical additives, resulting in an egg roll with a honeycomb effect that is exceptionally crispy and layer-rich. Using 100% natural French butter, Hubei chicken eggs, and duck eggs, all imperfect ends of the Honeycomb Egg Rolls are trimmed, preserving only the "golden essence." The Earl Grey flavor utilizes premium tea leaves from England, cooked for over 5 hours using a water bathing method to infuse the extracted tea essence into the egg roll.
Palmiers: Crafted by Imperial Patisserie, the Palmiers have also won the Monde Selection "Grand Gold Award." This series of Palmiers has been meticulously developed by Michelin Master Chef Leung Wing-Kwong, using 100% natural French butter with no egg added, producing the "Hong Kong People’s No.1* Favorite Palmiers," which are also suitable for vegans. The production process includes four stages of baking to ensure crispness. The Earl Grey flavor uses premium Earl Grey tea leaves from England, which are soaked and ground multiple times to infuse the essence of Earl Grey into the pastry.
