Physical Products Delivery Service
Pastry Products :Pastry Products will be sent to your registered address within 5 working days after successful orders and payments. Order of less than HK$1000 will be charged HK$50 delivery fee, free shipping for amount of HK$1,000 or above.
Note:
1) Delivery service is only applicable to one delivery address (Hong Kong only).
2) Delivery will be arranged on Monday to Saturday during working hours.
3) No delivery will be arranged for remote areas.
Pastry Products Redemption Details
E-Voucher: E-Voucher(s) will be sent to your rmail within 1 working days after successful orders and payments.
Voucher: Voucher(s) will be sent to your registered address by SF Express within 3 working days after successful orders and payments.
Please redeem the e-voucher(s)/voucher at the designated Imperial Patisserie / Ming Artisan retail shops within the redemption period.
Voucher/E-Voucher Redemption Terms & Conditions
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
- Sold products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The original of this voucher must be presented upon redemption, photocopies of this voucher are not accepted.
- This voucher will be invalid if expired, lost, damaged, defaced or altered.
- The unredeemed Gift Box voucher will be invalid after redemption period.
- In case of disputes, Imperial Patisserie reserves the right to make the final decision and interpretation.
- The Chinese version of the terms and conditions of this voucher prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English version.
