Redemption Details
Festive Pastry Product E-voucher：E-voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 1 working day (one 3-voucher per PDF file).
*Please note that if the quantity of electronic gift voucher ordered is large, the system will send out the electronic vouchers in multiple emails.
Festive Pastry Product Physical Voucher：Physical Voucher will be sent out via SF Express service to your registered order address within 3 working days.
Note:
1) Every voucher can redeem one box of the festive product.
2) If the store already has stock available, you can also redeem the festive products at the store with your vouchers.
3) For the redemption over 20 boxes, please make reservation via enquiry hotline 2217 3638 with 3 days in advance. Please reschedule products collection time if no redemption at reserved date.
4) At one the order is confirmed and payment completion, cannot be changed, refund or cancelled.
