Original Palmier: Original butterfly puff pastry made with French natural butter, sweet and non-greasy; the puff pastry is made with ingenuity and secret, and baked in four stages, with a full and shiny appearance and a crispy texture on the outside and crispy on the inside.

Hazelnut Palmier: We use fragrant hazelnuts, which are ground and refined to give off a rich hazelnut aroma, and blend with the sweetness of corn flakes to create a unique palmier suitable for all ages. The puff pastry is carefully made and baked in four stages, with a full and shiny appearance, and a crispy texture on the outside and crunchy on the inside.

Butter Crisp Cookies (Organic Flour): We use natural butter, high-quality flour and fresh eggs as raw materials, and discard lard and shortening. Instead, we use sophisticated multiple whipping techniques and multi-stage slow baking to keep the crispy cookies crispy while also having a rich butter aroma, sweet and natural. The two chefs also combined different Chinese and Western ingredients, carefully studying the proportions, and created crispy cookies that are "crispy, fragrant, loose and crunchy".

Earl Grey Tea Crisp Cookies (Organic Flour): Made from high-quality Earl Grey tea leaves, they have a light Earl Grey aroma and a crispy texture that will make you want to eat them one bite after another.
