Available for redemption at the following 13 Imperial Patisserie locations: Causeway Bay, Central, Wanchai, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, Diamond Hill, Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan Citywalk, Kwai Fong, Yuen Long Plaza, Tuen Mun Town Plaza, Tseung Kwan O Park Central.

Festive Product Electronic Voucher: After the online order payment is successfully completed and the system verifies the transaction, the voucher will be sent to your registered email within one working day via email. (one electronic voucher in one PDF file)
* Please note that if you order a large number of electronic voucher, the system will send them in multiple emails.

Festive Product Physical Voucher: After the online order payment is successfully completed and the system verifies the transaction, physical voucher will be sent to your registered Hong Kong address within three working days via SF Express delivery. (one physical  voucher can redeem one specified box of festive products)
*To ensure food quality, please store in the 0-4°C fresh compartment of your refrigerator within 2 hours of pickup.
For orders of three or more physical voucher, free one-time delivery service is included. If ordering two or fewer physical voucher, a delivery fee of HK$30 will apply.
