Festive Product Electronic Voucher: After the online order payment is successfully completed and the system verifies the transaction, the voucher will be sent to your registered email within one working day via email. (one electronic voucher in one PDF file)
* Please note that if you order a large number of electronic voucher, the system will send them in multiple emails.

Festive Product Physical Voucher: After the online order payment is successfully completed and the system verifies the transaction, physical voucher will be sent to your registered Hong Kong address within three working days via SF Express delivery.
