[Mainland Delivery Gift Box | Ming Artisan – Earl Grey Palmiers Gift Box]
This product is the “Ming Artisan - Earl Grey Palmier Gift Box”, containing 32 pieces of Earl Grey palmiers (8 packs). Crafted by Imperial Patisserie Hong Kong, these palmiers have been awarded the “Grand Gold Award” by Monde Selection, earning recognition from a globally respected authority. The palmier series is made with 100% French natural butter for a pure, naturally rich aroma and a smooth, delicate texture. Using a variety of fresh ingredients without eggs, and paired with masterfully crafted pastry layers, it delivers the crispy, buttery, and irresistibly flaky “Hong Kong’s No.1 Favorite Palmier*”, suitable for vegans as well.
The production process features a Four Stage Temperature Control Precision Baking Methods:
1. First baked at 110°C to gently evaporate excess moisture from the pastry, melt the butter, and release a rich, natural buttery aroma.
2. Temperature increased to 150°C to ensure even expansion of each pastry layer, thoroughly baking the pastry without the use of any leavening agents.
3. Further raised to 180°C to quickly crisp up the pastry layers.
4. Finally baked at 220°C to caramelize the surface for a golden, glossy finish. Chef黎has also carefully refined the palmier’s technique and size to accentuate its signature crispness and flaky texture.
