Delivery Method (2023 X'mas & 2024 New Year Festive Products)
Festive Product Vouchers (Delivery Charge is not necessary) : E-Vouchers will be sent to your registered email address within 1 working day within you have successfully placed order and finished payment. (Each E-voucher can be redeemed for a box of designated festive product.)
Festive Product Physical Vouchers: Enjoy free delivery service for any purchase of any 3 Festive Product Physical Vouchers on Imperial Patisserie online shop. For purchase of 1 -2 Festive Product Physical Vouchers, HK$30 delivery cost will be charged. Physical vouchers will be delivered to your registered address by courier within 3 working days after successful orders and payments.
Pastry Products (Physical) : For any online order for Physical Pastry Products, the order will be processed and delivery to your requested address within 3 working days. You can also visit our retail shops for purchase of pastry products. For online order for physical pastry products of $1000 or below, delivery charge of $50 is required.
Note:
1) Delivery service is only applicable to a single delivery address (Hong Kong only) for Festive Product Physical Voucher.
2) Imperial Patisserie Vouchers are only valid for redemption at the designated Imperial Patisserie retail outlets. THE ARTISAN Vouchers are only valid for redemption at THE ARTISAN retail outlets. Expired vouchers will be invalid, and any unredeemed merchandises will be sent to local charities after the redemption period.
3) If your festive product order comes with pastry gift, you will receive an email with e-voucher of pastry gift within 1 working day, please go to our retail shop to redeem the product according to the redemption date on the e-voucher. Any overdue e-voucher will be invalid and will not be reissued.
4) Delivery will be arranged on Monday to Saturday during working hours.
5) No delivery will be arranged for remote areas.
