3. 100% Made in Hong Kong, Centralized Shipment from Hong Kong
All mooncakes are made in Hong Kong. After ordering, products will be sent to Mainland China in bulk, then distributed to the specified recipient addresses.
4. Delivery System & Tracking
After successful order, our customer service team will contact you via email within 3 working days, providing login details for the delivery system. You can log in to fill in each recipient’s information and arrange shipment dates, as well as check delivery progress and tracking numbers at any time to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Greeting Message Service
Each recipient can receive a greeting message of up to 20 characters. The system will send the greeting and a delivery reminder to each recipient in advance.
6. Shipping Dates
Products will be dispatched to specified addresses in Mainland China from August 18, 2025, to September 25, 2025. You may freely choose your shipment date (the earliest dispatch is 5–7 working days after payment).
