Terms & Conditions

Imperial Club Membership Program is operated by Imperial Enterprises Holdings Limited and its related affiliates (“Our Company”) and operated by Imperial Patisserie. Any application for membership in the Program constitutes agreement by the Applicant to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and any subsequent amendments which may be made from time to time. All Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Member Registration

1. Imperial Club Membership is valid for Hong Kong retail shops (Imperial Patisserie or Ming Artisan) or ipastry online shop.

2. Applicants for Imperial Club Membership must be aged 18 or above.

3. The Applicant must fill out all mandatory fields in the electronic application form with true, accurate and complete information. Imperial Patisserie shall not process any applications with incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Each valid email address and mobile phone number may only be used to register for Imperial Club Membership once. Enter one-time verification code through SMS to complete the membership registration.

5. We have the absolute discretion to reject, temporarily suspend and/or revoke any application/eligibility for Imperial Club Member registration, and temporarily suspend, terminate and/or cancel any Imperial Club membership for any reason.

Member Account

6. All information and records (including but not limited to those of the Program) as held by Imperial Patisserie shall be final and conclusive.

7. Given that the Program relies on the operation of systems beyond the control of Imperial Patisserie, including communications networks and the Internet, Imperial Patisserie makes no guarantee with regard to uninterruptible operation, quality, or usability of the Program. Imperial Patisserie nonetheless endeavours to ensure that such systems support the Program in operation.

8. For the protection of members’ interests, each membership may only be used by the member to whom it personally belongs, and cannot be gifted, loaned or otherwise transferred to other parties. Member may be asked to provide further identification of membership status where it is being utilized.

9. The registered phone number cannot be changed. If you need to update other information, please use the registered mobile phone number to WhatsApp the Customer Service Department at (852) 9888 5290 or email at The Customer Service Department will verify your identity and assist with the modification. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not assume any responsibility for any claim, demand, liability or lawsuit arising from your omission, negligence and/or failure to provide the latest information, the correctness and completeness of such information. As to how we use your personal data ("Personal Data"), please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement.

10. Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their Member account login information. Imperial Patisserie shall not be responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of account login information. If your device that has the Imperial Club Member account installed is lost or stolen, or you have reason to believe that your Imperial Club Member account has been used by others or the account password has been disclosed to unauthorized person, you shall provide your registered mobile phone number and email to to request an immediate suspension of your Imperial Club Member account.

11. Members who wish to cancel their Imperial Patisserie Membership may WhatsApp the Customer Service Department at (852) 9888 5290 using the registered phone number or email them at using the registered email address to request membership cancellation. Please note that once the membership is canceled, the points in your account will be immediately forfeited.

12. Any improper and/or fraudulent behaviour or improper use of rewards from the Program, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all rewards, Imperial Patisserie may take actions to recover damages arising from any of the aforementioned violations against Imperial Patisserie’s interests.

Member Points & Benefits

13. Imperial Club Membership Program includes three membership levels. Classic Member : Basic membership, free to join (no purchase required). Gold Card Member : Accumulate a net spending of HK$50,000 at Hong Kong retail shops (Imperial Patisserie or Ming Artisan) or the ipastry online shop within the past 12 months to automatically upgrade to Gold Card Member. Platinum Card Member : Accumulate a net spending of HK$100,000 at Hong Kong retail shops (Imperial Patisserie or Ming Artisan) or the ipastry online shop within the past 12 months to automatically upgrade to Platinum Card Member. For details, please refer to the latest information in Imperial Club Membership webpage.

14. Members spend HK$1 at Imperial Patisserie or Ming Artisan retail shops in Hong Kong or on the ipastry online shop, you can earn 1 point. Points are calculated from the day of purchase and are valid for 18 months. Expired points are no longer valid. If you make multiple purchases, points earned on different purchase dates will have different expiration dates.  

15. Before shopping on the ipastry online shop, Member needs to log in to member account. The points corresponding to the amount spent will be updated and credited to member's account within 3 working days. Before completing the transaction at Imperial Patisserie or Ming Artisan retail shops in Hong Kong, member needs to inform the shop staff of member account details (registered phone number and name). The points will be credited to member's registered account. The points accumulated on the day of in-store purchase will be displayed in member account the next morning and cannot be used on the same day.

16. The validity for e-vouchers for Member’s Points - Redemption Date (Now to May 2024): e-vouchers are valid until December 31, 2024. Redemption Date (June to December 2024): e-vouchers vouchers are valid until June 30, 2025. Please refer to the terms and conditions stated on the e-vouchers for more details.

17. Members discount / promotion is not valid to discounted or designated items and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount / promotional offers. For details, please refer to promotion poster in retail shops or online shop.

18. For any cancelled or refunded items, the Points issued from the transaction will be cancelled or adjusted, and no Points shall be issued after the transaction is finished.

General terms and conditions

19. Imperial Patisserie shall deliver the latest information for members and other promotional offers to members through means of communications that have been accepted by members. Members shall provide up-to-date and accurate contact information to Imperial Patisserie. Imperial Patisserie shall not be responsible for any losses arising from members’ failure to inform Imperial Patisserie of their contact information.

20. Imperial Patisserie may arbitrarily restrict members’ right to join any extraordinary promotional activities. All participating members in promotional activities are deemed to have accepted any and all terms and conditions specified by Imperial Patisserie for the purpose of said activities.

21. Depending on your membership status, Imperial Patisserie may provide new services from time to time which are subject to pertinent service terms and conditions.

22. Imperial Patisserie reserves all rights to amend the Terms and Conditions set forth herein at any time without giving prior notice. Imperial Patisserie shall hold sole and absolute discretion in any dispute arising from either the Program or these Terms and Conditions, and members are wholly bound by any final decision subsequently arrived by Imperial Patisserie.

23. Members shall have no right to participate in the organization, operation or management of the Program, and shall further have no property rights, or the right of recourse, to any assets belonging to Imperial Patisserie.

24. Imperial Patisserie reserves all rights to terminate the operations of the Program without giving any reason at any time, after giving reasonable notice where circumstances allow and where it is reasonable and practicable to do so. In such an event, all privileges and promotions for members shall cease with immediate effect. Imperial Patisserie shall not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from such a termination.

25. Imperial Patisserie reserves all rights to amend promotions, rules and regulations in the Program, and notify members of said changes in any way Imperial Patisserie sees fit. All members shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions thus amended.

Note: If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
